What is your cash fee?

I charge a cash fee of R850 per session for private clients. This is a reduced cash rate and is payable on or before the day of the session, via cash or EFT. Please do not hesitate to speak to us at any time if you have difficulties with payment for any reason. We should be able to find a solution to payment problems to prevent them from getting in the way of our therapeutic work together. We would prefer to have an agreement with you regarding the payment of accounts than to have to hand over long overdue accounts to a legal firm. Please be advised that appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hour’s notice will incur the full fee. See the FAQ on cancellations for more information.
